This is a luxurious tasting experience where you can savor 8 types of premium sake from breweries across Japan, all at once, at "Shinjuku Ale," a cafe bar in Shinjuku's Kabukicho. You'll start with sake with a lower alcohol content and progress to unique varieties such as dry, sweet, and Junmai Ginjo. Each sake is paired with Japanese snacks to enhance its flavor. Finally, you can relax with amazake made from rice koji. Staff will guide you through the experience, explaining the characteristics of each sake in an easy-to-understand manner.
