Participants explore the market to observe fresh produce, meats, and ingredients used in traditional Khmer dishes such as Amok, Chicken Curry, and Beef Loc Lac. After the market tour, the group returns to Paper Tiger Eatery, the first cooking school in Siem Reap serving international travelers since 1999. A professional chef, recognized for award-winning teaching, leads the class by providing clear, step-by-step instructions on preparing and cooking the chosen Khmer dish. Upon completion, participants share the meal they have prepared together, choosing either lunch or dinner. Each participant receives a digital recipe book to help recreate the dishes at home. Private transportation is not included in this experience.
