This three-hour cultural cooking class takes place in Singapore and introduces participants to the city’s food culture and hawker centre traditions. The session begins with an explanation of Singapore’s food heritage and the significance of hawker centres. Participants then prepare traditional family recipes such as Laksa, Curry Chicken, and Char Kway Teow using fresh local ingredients. The class is led by local English-speaking instructors who provide all necessary equipment and ingredients. After cooking, everyone shares a three-course Singaporean lunch accompanied by water, coffee, and tea. Instructors also share personal stories about overcoming challenges to return to work through flexible arrangements. The class requires a minimum of two and a maximum of twelve participants, and specific dietary requirements should be communicated at the time of booking. Hotel pickup and drop-off are not included.
