• Experience Slow Food Travel Negros, the first accredited Slow Food Travel destination in the Philippines and Asia-Pacific, through authentic community-led experiences in Sagay City. • Discover Sagay through child-guided storytelling, century-old mangrove conservation efforts, island life on Suyac Island, and snorkeling at Carbin Reef's pristine white sandbar. • Learn the art of preparing traditional Visayan kinilaw through an interactive demonstration and tasting, while connecting with the local food culture and community.
