Overview

This nine-hour small-group tour departs from Edinburgh and includes visits to Loch Lomond, Trossachs National Park, Stirling Castle, and The Kelpies. The trip begins with a 30-minute stop at The Kelpies sculptures located in The Helix park, where visitors can view the large horse-head statues representing Scotland’s horse-powered heritage and mythological water creatures. The tour then travels west through Scotland’s central belt to Balmaha, on the shore of Loch Lomond within Trossachs National Park. There is about one hour here to take a woodland walk and enjoy views of Loch Lomond and Ben Lomond mountain.
