Overview
This three-hour Small Group Manatee Snorkel Tour takes place in Crystal River, USA, on a heated enclosed pontoon boat with a maximum of six passengers. The manatees in Crystal River include 70 to 100 residents in summer and between 700 and 1,000 during winter, when they migrate to the local first-magnitude springs that maintain a constant temperature of 72° to 74° F (23° C). Bottled water, tea, and coffee are provided on board. Towels, sunblock, sunglasses, and hats are not included but recommended to bring. Children six years old and under must be supervised by an adult and wear a life vest while the boat is moving. Gratuities for the captain and crew are not included.

Salty Siren Tours Check-In
Upon arrival at Salty Siren Tours, guests check in and are provided with a wetsuit, included in the charter price. They then meet the in-water guide and photographer who explain the manatee interaction process and answer questions. After a briefing on passive observation and proper water conduct around manatees, participants are transported by 15-passenger van to the departure point. Guests board a clean tour vessel where the guide leads passive observation of manatees. Underwater photos are taken during the trip and available for purchase. Cancellation policy: 50% refund if canceled within 7 days, no refund if canceled within 72 hours of travel.
