This snorkeling tour begins with a boat ride from Ambergris Caye to two well-known marine locations, Hol Chan Marine Reserve and Shark Ray Alley. The guide aims to reach these sites early, before the main crowds arrive, to allow more time among the underwater life. The tour lasts about three hours and may include a third snorkeling stop depending on conditions. At Hol Chan Marine Reserve, travelers snorkel over coral formations housing more than 200 species of fish, sea turtles, and rays. The clear waters reveal various marine animals in their natural surroundings. Afterward, the group moves to Shark Ray Alley, where snorkelers encounter nurse sharks, southern stingrays, and other fish species. The sharks here are known to be calm and accustomed to human presence, providing a close-up wildlife viewing. Snorkeling gear is provided along with bottled water and snacks during the trip. The tour is conducted outdoors and is not accessible for guests with mobility impairments.
