The tour begins at a historic citrus grove known for producing lemons and olive oil, where visitors sample homemade lemonade, lemon slices with sugar, and olive oil infused with lemon and orange on homemade bread. Next, the group visits a holiday farm officially recognized for making Provolone del Monaco DOP, where they observe a demonstration of treccia, a braided cheese similar to mozzarella, and caciotta, a soft and mild cheese from the region. Guests then taste fresh provolone paired with salami and a glass of wine. The visit continues at a local restaurant for a demonstration on making traditional Neapolitan pizza. The stop ends with a walk back to the citrus grove to try limoncello as a digestif and learn about the family recipe.
