The tour starts with a private pickup in Sorrento, providing transportation to Villa del Barone. At the villa, the cooking master class lasts about three and a half hours. Participants begin with a walk through the villa’s vegetable garden and lemon grove, enjoying views of the surrounding area. The villa is a historic Baronial house with family traditions in gastronomy. The class teaches how to prepare traditional Sorrento and Neapolitan pasta and pizza recipes using fresh ingredients from the garden and lemon grove. After the cooking lesson, guests eat the dishes they have prepared during lunch. Carbonated beverages are included. Each participant receives a chef’s apron, a chef’s bandana, and a recipe book to take home.
