It begins with a guided walk through Triana Market, where the guide, who has known the vendors for over ten years, introduces participants to local ingredients sourced directly from the market. After the market visit, the group moves to a nearby kitchen to prepare traditional Spanish dishes. The cooking class lasts about three and a half hours and is suitable for all skill levels. All necessary kitchen tools, including aprons, chopping boards, and knives, are provided. The experience concludes with a meal featuring the dishes prepared during the class. Private transportation is not included.
Triana Market and Cooking Class
The morning begins at Triana Market, a traditional food hall in Seville's authentic neighborhood. A guide leads a tour of the stalls, introduces vendors, and explains what distinguishes Andalusian ingredients. Afterwards, participants join a hands-on cooking class led by a professional chef where everyone cooks together. Sangría is available during the session, and two additional drinks per person are served with the meal, including options of white or red wine, beer, or soft drinks. The class is conducted in English and accommodates vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free diets if informed in advance.
