Overview

This cooking class in Split lasts about five hours and is designed for all skill levels interested in Croatian cuisine. The session can include a visit to the local vegetable and fish markets to select fresh ingredients from producers and fishermen, though classes without the market tour are also available. After shopping, the group returns to the kitchen where local wines and liqueurs are tasted before cooking begins. An award-winning chef, experienced in top Croatian and European restaurants, guides participants through preparing a traditional meal. Drinks such as tea, coffee, and other beverages are included. At the end of the class, participants eat the meal they have prepared. Hotel pickup and drop-off are offered if chosen during booking. Snacks are also provided during the class.
