In the event of repairs or unforeseen circumstances that render the Party Boat or Hong Yacht unavailable, guests will be provided with an upgraded vessel to ensure their sunset party cruise experience is uninterrupted. The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) holds sole authority over maritime safety in Boracay waters. So long as the PCG deems the waters safe and permits sailings, our voyage proceeds. But in the case of extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the booking. If this happens, you can reschedule or request a full refund.
