Overview

This two-hour surfing lesson takes place on Manuel Antonio beach near Quepos. The instructors have over 20 years of experience competing and coaching surfing throughout Costa Rica. They also have backgrounds as lifeguards at Manuel Antonio beach, which adds to the focus on safety and comfort. The team aims to help participants stand on a surfboard within the first 10 minutes of the class. All necessary surfing equipment, including surfboards and rash guards, are provided. Water is also supplied during the session. Participants should bring their own sunscreen.
