Please trim your fingernails and toenails before departure to avoid nail injuries and bleeding during climbing. If you have long hair, please tie it up before climbing (or rappelling) to prevent it from getting caught in the ropes and equipment, which could cause injury. When climbing, please wear trousers with a leg length that covers at least the knees to avoid accidentally scratching your knees on the rough rocks of the climbing wall. Please wear elastic sportswear and sports shoes. Do not wear jeans or slippers. Please bring your own drinking water and snacks.

Rock climbing is a full-body stretching exercise that involves freehand climbing. It consumes a lot of physical energy. Please get enough sleep the night before the activity to challenge the activity in the best physical condition! This activity's content is subject to change based on participant conditions and weather factors. Please follow the instructions of the tour leader and coach, display teamwork by assisting teammates, and do not leave the group to engage in activities on your own. Please adhere to Leave No Trace principles. Be sure to maintain cleanliness and do not leave any trash behind. The activity location is in a natural, outdoor environment with no public restrooms. Before heading to the meeting point, we recommend using the public restrooms at the Longfenggu Visitor Center. How to get there By bus: Take the MRT to Shipai Station and transfer to bus 508, 508 Sub, or 536 to Dunxu High School of Industry & Commerce (Xingyi) Station, then walk for 9 minutes to arrive.
