--Service Introduction--- Vehicle usage time: 8 hours round trip in Takamatsu city area. For departures outside Takamatsu city area, there will be a price difference. If this occurs, please consult customer service. Departure time & departure location: According to traveler's needs. Journey distance: Total travel distance must be within 250 kilometers (route must be reasonable, no backtracking). Service hours: 08:00-20:00 Driver language: Drivers are randomly assigned Chinese or Japanese speakers, with Chinese drivers prioritized in principle. Vehicle types: Comfort 5-seater (including infants/toddlers) (can carry 3 passengers + 2 pieces of 26-inch luggage) Comfort 7-seater (including infants/toddlers) (can carry 5 passengers + 4 pieces of 26-inch luggage) Business 10-seater (including infants/toddlers) (can carry 9 passengers + 8 pieces of 26-inch luggage) Note: Infants and children will be counted as passengers. Standard luggage size: 24-28 inches. If you have oversized luggage or a stroller, please inform us in advance. Large luggage will be counted as 2 pieces of luggage. Overload risk: If you have a lot of luggage or large luggage, it is recommended to book a suitable vehicle type to accommodate all luggage. Any additional costs incurred due to not following the recommended reasonable number of passengers and luggage capacity for the vehicle type will be borne by the traveler. If the rental time exceeds the limit, an overtime fee will be charged. The overtime fee will be collected directly by the driver. Please pay the driver in cash. Overtime fee details: 5-7 seater: JPY 6000/hour 10-seater: JPY 10000/hour --Important Notes--- 1. Child seats are not mandatory. If needed, please reserve in advance. The supplier can provide 1 child seat for free. A child seat occupies 1.5 person spaces and may affect passenger or luggage capacity. Please confirm in advance. Additional child seats require an extra fee of JPY 2000/seat/day. For more than two child seats, please confirm with customer service. 2. The total duration of the charter service is 8 hours. Pick-up and drop-off points are hotels or guesthouses within Takamatsu city (for pick-up/drop-off in different locations, the driver may need to reserve empty driving time or additional fees may apply based on actual circumstances). The service is available from 08:00 - 20:00. It is recommended to arrange your departure time reasonably to fully enjoy the attractions. 3. Empty car fee: For departures or endings in different locations, there may be a price difference. If this occurs, customer service will reconfirm with you after you place the order. 4. Please be sure to leave your LINE ID, WhatsApp, or WeChat number when ordering (after leaving it, please enable the "add friend" setting so that local staff in Japan can contact you in time). 5. After placing an order, you can see the customer service contact information on the platform. Please add it in time to facilitate communication regarding itinerary and vehicle arrangements. The supplier will send you driver information 1 day before departure (at the latest 3 hours before vehicle use). Please pay attention. Please wait in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the driver arrives for pick-up. 6. If the actual vehicle usage exceeds the service time or journey distance, an overtime fee/excess mileage fee will be charged. 7. If the total journey exceeds 250 kilometers, JPY 300/kilometer will be charged. 8. For consecutive guests who stay in a city outside Takamatsu, an additional accommodation fee of JPY 8000 will be subsidized for the driver. 9. Overtime rental due to traffic congestion, regardless of natural causes or traffic control, will still incur an additional charge. Important reminder: Please provide correct contact information to facilitate communication with the supplier. After the order is confirmed, the supplier will proactively contact you to confirm itinerary details. To ensure you receive notifications smoothly, please be sure to provide correct and complete contact information and pay attention to messages. The supplier will use LINE, WhatsApp, or WeChat as the main communication tools. It is recommended that you prioritize filling in one of them to facilitate communication with the supplier.

The operator will provide a suitable sightseeing route and arrange an appropriate vehicle type according to your needs. Vehicle usage time (total duration of day trip): 8 hours Departure Time & Departure Location: Based on traveler's needs Trip distance: Total travel distance must be within 250 km. Operator Customer Service Hours: 08:00-22:00 Drivers who can speak Chinese/Japanese will be assigned randomly. Overtime charges will apply if the actual vehicle usage exceeds the service hours: 5-seater & 7-seater overtime is calculated at JPY 6,000/hour; 10-seater overtime is calculated at JPY 8,000/hour. An extra mileage fee of JPY300 per kilometer will be charged if the actual total distance traveled exceeds 200 kilometers.
