The tour proceeds to the Tallinn Song Festival Grounds, known as the site of the Singing Revolution. Another main stop is the Memorial for the Victims of Communism, dedicated to those who suffered under Soviet rule. The final stop is the Russalka monument on the Kadriorg shore, commemorating those lost when the armored ship sank in 1893. The tour is conducted by bike with helmets provided. Electric bikes are available for an extra fee. Children must be accompanied by an adult, and child seats or trailers can be arranged.
