Pre-flight-Briefing-and-Takeoff

Instructors provide a brief explanation of procedures and what to expect. A team member fits a safety harness and transfers the participant to the instructor. After a few steps, the flight begins over Cape Town with the instructor indicating points of interest. Participants may have photos and videos taken, control the glider briefly, and experience adrenaline before a controlled landing. Flight time ranges from 5 to 20 minutes depending on wind conditions; it is recommended not to schedule this activity on the last day due to weather dependency.
