Overview
Start your adventure at 6:30 am with a pickup from Djerba or Zarzis. Cross the Roman causeway for a briefing before heading to Ain El Amba for stunning views of the Jeffara plain. Experience a 4x4 thrill across the Reg Tunisien tracks, stopping to enjoy the unique desert silence. By 11 am, arrive at Ksar Ghilane oasis. Swim in the natural hot spring or choose an optional quad or camel ride to Tisavar fort. At 1 pm, enjoy a Tunisian lunch (soup, couscous, and fruit). Afterward, explore the Berber village of Chenini with a local guide to see cave houses and oil mills. Finally, visit Tataouine, the Star Wars namesake, to wander the local market before returning.
