While enjoyment is encouraged, customers must also consider others in the venue and behave accordingly.
The minimum age is 18 for the 9pm show and 16+ for the 7pm and 8pm shows.

If the entire theatre is booked for an event, the theatre staff will seat all guests and assign tables as they arrive to reduce congestion. Due to the widespread use of portable recording devices, customers are asked not to make audio or video recordings or use flash photography during the show.
If a customer does not arrive by the show start time, seating will be provided during the interval.
