The 90-minute traditional miniature painting class takes place at Pacific Art in Udaipur, India. Participants learn miniature painting techniques that have been passed down through generations of Rajasthani artists. All necessary art materials are provided to create an individual miniature painting during the session. Bottled water, tea, and coffee are included. Free WiFi is available on site. The class is conducted in a friendly environment focused on teaching the local art form.

Itinerary
We will show you the traditional materials and techniques used to create the miniature art for which Udaipur is famous. We will show you how to paint with natural mineral colours on paper, using squirrel-hair or camel-hair brushes. You will create your own paintings that you will take home as a unique souvenir! You will be guided by an expert artist throughout the class. Breaks for tea/water can be taken as needed. Please allow 1½ - 2 hours for the class. And don't forget to bring your camera or phone! Please note that while we try to be flexible, normal hours for classes are between 9.30am-11.30am and 2.30pm-4pm every day.
