Overview
After hotel or apartment pick-up, our first stop will be in the city of Baeza, which has a rich history marked by Arab domination and reconquest. We can stroll through the beautiful Plaza de Santa María, located in front of the majestic Cathedral of the Nativity of Our Lady, and admire the impressive Jabalquinto Palace. The latter, a Gothic example with heraldic details and decorations in the form of bows, pineapple nails and diamond points, impresses both art historians and anyone who passes by its door. We continue to Úbeda, famous for its hills and olive groves. Here we can explore the Church of San Pablo, the Plaza de los Leones, the Town Hall and other impressive examples of Renaissance architecture.
