Overview
This four-hour ebike tour begins in Martina Franca and follows quiet paved roads through the Valle d'Itria countryside. Riders cycle along the Apulian Aqueduct Cycle Route, a 500-kilometer path tracing historic waterworks from Caposele to Santa Maria di Leuca. The route includes a ride through the historic center of Cisternino, where there is a brief 15-minute stop to explore the village. Continuing on the cycle path, the tour reaches Locorotondo’s historic center for another 15-minute visit. The tour concludes with a one-hour tasting of local products at a farm, located near the route, featuring items sourced from the immediate area. The ride uses pedal-assisted bicycles and includes an expert guide, helmet, repair kit, and a transport bag. Lunch is provided during the tasting stop.
