This boat tour from Horseshoe Bay offers about five hours on the water near Vancouver, focusing on snorkeling and seal watching. Guests board a 40-foot custom dive boat and travel to the Pam Rocks seal colony in Howe Sound. After receiving wetsuits and snorkel gear, participants spend three and a half to four hours snorkeling near the seals, observing them in their natural environment without direct interaction. The guide leads the group, and snorkelers follow the seals’ movements. After snorkeling, the boat moves to a second nearby spot where guests can choose to kayak or snorkel again. Those who prefer not to enter the water can select a sightseeing-only option and remain on the boat. Light snacks and refreshments are provided, along with all snorkeling equipment and wetsuits. Professional staff guide and assist guests throughout the water activities. The tour operates in all weather, so appropriate clothing is recommended, and cancellations due to weather result in an alternative date being offered.
