The return deadline on the day of your rental is 5:30 PM. If you return later than this, an additional fee of 2,200 yen per person will be charged. Returns after 6:00 PMon the same day are not accepted. If same-day return is not possible, please return your items during business hours the following day. Our staff primarily communicate in Japanese; however, many signs and explanations inside the store are provided in English. Some materials are also available in Chinese and Korean.
