The tour starts in Venice at the San Marco area, where participants board a comfortable boat to travel to the islands of the Venetian lagoon. The first stop is Murano, known for its glassmaking tradition. Visitors attend a live glassblowing demonstration lasting about fifty minutes at the Vetreria Artistica Ferro E Lazzarini glass factory, led by professional glassblowers. After the demonstration, there is time to walk around Murano’s streets and visit local shops. A guided walking tour of Murano is available as an optional addition. Next, the boat continues to Burano, an island famous for its brightly colored houses. Visitors spend approximately two hours exploring Burano. An optional guided visit is offered, during which the guide shares information about the island’s history and culture. There is also an optional lace-making demonstration lasting about fifteen minutes to observe this traditional craft. The entire tour lasts between four and five hours and includes a professional guide throughout. Food, drinks, and hotel pickup are not included.
