The Capuchin Church in Vienna, near the State Opera, has served as the burial place of the Habsburg dynasty since 1618. The church’s simple wooden interior provides a quiet setting for concerts of Christmas carols, festive trumpet music, solo singing, and spoken texts. The concert lasts about 90 minutes and takes place in the heated church, allowing visitors to enjoy the performance comfortably. A combo ticket option includes entrance to the Imperial Crypt beneath the church, where around 150 members of the Habsburg family are interred. Notable tombs include those of Emperor Franz Joseph, Empress Elisabeth "Sisi", Empress Maria Theresa with her double coffin, and Emperor Joseph II. Visitors can access the crypt until 5:30 PM, making it convenient to visit before or after the concert. Tickets allow free choice of seats within each category, and admission is 15 minutes before the concert starts. Booking confirmation and tickets are provided immediately after purchase.
