The Virgin Islands National Park Snorkeling Excursion departs from Ocean Surfari’s retail store in Red Hook, St Thomas, at 9:00 AM aboard the Reef Surfari, a 47-foot power catamaran. The boat travels to Cruz Bay on St John, arriving at 9:30 AM to pick up additional guests in front of the Ocean Surfari store. The excursion then proceeds to two snorkeling locations within Virgin Islands National Park, selected daily based on weather and sea conditions. Participants use provided snorkeling gear to explore coral formations, tropical fish, and may see sea turtles. After snorkeling, guests can enjoy an open bar offering rum punch, painkillers, cold beers, sodas, and water; alcoholic drinks are served only after snorkeling is complete. Light snacks are also available. The boat returns to St John by noon to drop off guests, then heads back to St Thomas, arriving at approximately 12:30 PM. The total duration of the excursion is three and a half hours. Gratuities for the captain and crew are not included.
