Children aged 0-24 months can join free of charge, but no separate seat will be provided (1 booking per infant). For children aged 24 months and above, adult rate will be charged There is no age limit for ski and snowboard participants, but please note that the minimum ski gear size starts from 165mm-325mm; snowboard boot sizes from 200mm-300mm (measured in Korean sizing) To ensure a hassle-free gear rental process, kindly check your Korean shoe size in advance We advise that elderly, pregnant women, and those with medical conditions avoid participating in ski activities
This is a self-guided activity. On-site staff will be available at our booth to assist if needed. All activity-package guests must redeem their tickets at the WonderTrip Foreigner Service Center inside Vivaldi Park. Please arrive at the meeting point at least 20 minutes before departure. The shuttle cannot wait for latecomers. Late arrivals, missed transportation and no-shows are non-refundable. All tours are scheduled as same-day return shuttles. No changes to the departure or return dates are allowed. If the activity is cancelled due to extreme weather or resort closure, affected customers will be notified and refunded according to the applicable policy. Ski World and Snowyland opening dates depend on weather and resort conditions Snowyland Opening: Soft opening usually occurs between Dec 10–15 with limited access; final dates may vary by weather. Expect larger crowds, longer queues and possible delays during Korean public holidays, the year-end holiday period and Lunar New Year. Group lessons are for skiing only. No group snowboard lessons. Private snowboard lessons available on request. A reminder with final details will be sent 1 day before departure by 5:00 PM. All group will receive a printed Vivaldi Park Booklet with a resort map, gear pick-up info, and helpful instructions. Only non-Korean passport holders can participate in this activity. Infants aged 0–24 months can join for free (no separate seat; limit: 1 infant per booking). Children aged 24 months and above will be charged the adult rate. If bringing a stroller, wheelchair, or large luggage, please indicate this during checkout. No restroom stops during shuttle ride. Eating on the bus is prohibited. Personal travel insurance is not included in any of our activities. As outdoor activities carry some risk, participants are responsible for evaluating their own health and physical condition before joining.
