The Waffles and Beer Workshop takes place in the centre of Bruges and lasts about ninety minutes. Participants begin by tasting a selection of Belgian beers to choose one for mixing into their waffle batter. Under expert guidance, each person prepares waffles using the chosen beer in the batter. After baking, the session concludes with eating freshly made Brussels waffles topped with various options and paired with beer. Bottled water and snacks are included. The workshop is conducted in English, and alcoholic beverages are served only to participants aged eighteen and over; younger guests receive non-alcoholic drinks. Children under sixteen must be accompanied by an adult on a one-to-one basis. Attendees leave with the knowledge to make beer-infused waffles at home.
