Infant below aged 1 must be accompanied by his/her parent/guardian and purchase the ticket Operator might arrange a Harbour cruise only if the weather does not suitable for squid fishing Operator will arrange to reschedule if Typhoon Signal no.3 or Black Rainstorm hosted 2 hours before the pickup time According to the Hong Kong Shipping Ordinances and for safety reasons, when the Black rainstorm signal or Typhoon signal 3 or above is hoisted during the rental hours, vessel owners reserve the right to return at an earlier time than scheduled. No compensation and refund will be provided Please note: If the number of people in the group is less than 25, the activity will be canceled
