The water level for Kuala Kubu Bharu is depending on the water flow released by KKB Dam, sometime the Dam will close the water. If the Dam close water/water released too low, then the rafting will not be able to proceed at Kuala Kubu Bharu, so the operator has the right to change the venue to an alternative river location located in Ulu Slim Perak, a drive distance of about 1 hour (from Kuala Kubu Bharu to Ulu Slim). This is applicable to all customers once the booking is made with payment. If you refuse to switch to an alternative river location, the rafting ticket is considered unused services and non-refundable.
