Overview

We invite you to join us on an exceptional tour of the lesser known, but stunningly beautiful Western Algarve. Here, along the Costa Vicentina you can feast your eyes on the wild beauty of the pristine beaches pounded by the turbulent Atlantic and backed by majestic cliffs. Our journey allows you a taste of a different Algarve and a sample of the neighbouring province the majestic Alentejo. The Costa Vicentina from Vila Nova de Milfontes to Burgau is a protected area, and, as such, its 80 kms of coastline is a true paradise of fauna and flora Home to a large variety of plants and herbs and a wide diversity of animal life. Leaving the bustle of the southern coast of the Algarve behind at Lagos we head northwards through unspoilt countryside and along the coast to our first stop the beaches of Amado and Carrapateira which offer stunning views of the vast horizon and the unforgiving cliffs. Here you can fill your lungs with the purest air imaginable. We journey on to the ancient town of Aljezur which is marked by the brooding presence of the Moorish castle which sits atop a hill, affording spectacular views of the surrounding countryside, to those who make the journey to the summit.
