This five-hour Wild West horseback ride and dinner tour begins with hotel pickup from select Las Vegas Strip hotels. The group travels a short distance to desert trails west of Las Vegas, where a professional wrangler leads a single-file ride along paths once used by Native Americans and outlaws. The ride takes place in the late afternoon, arriving at sunset to provide views of the surrounding mountains and desert landscape. Riders may see local wildlife such as bighorn sheep and jackrabbits. Safety rules prohibit running or galloping, and helmets are available on request; children 12 and under must wear helmets. The ride is suitable for guests aged 6 and older, with a weight limit of 250 pounds, and pregnant women are not allowed to participate. After the horseback ride, guests enjoy a cowboy-style BBQ dinner under the stars at a desert camp. Vegetarian meal requests can be made in advance. The campfire and dinner depend on weather conditions and may be canceled if there is wind or rain. The tour concludes with transportation back to the hotel. Closed-toed shoes and long pants are recommended for the ride.
