This is a Hokkaido essential one-day tour specially designed for winter. Departing from Sapporo with ease, you will enjoy 3.5 hours of free exploration in the picturesque Jozankei during the day, and you can choose one of our three carefully selected in-depth experience methods; in the afternoon, go to the mysterious Lake Shikotsu to collect the tranquil snow scene on the lakeside during the day and the bright lights of the Ice Falls Festival at night. The whole journey is escorted by professional vehicles, so you don’t need to rush to catch the bus and immerse yourself in the dual charm of Hokkaido in winter. Itinerary: 1. Departure from Sapporo & Jozankei Roaming (approximately 4.5 hours) · Gather and depart from Sapporo Station at 9:30 am. · Arrive at the hot spring resort Jozankei at approximately 10:30 am and start 3.5 hours of free time. We offer three recommended ways to play, and the vehicle will assist you to the place you like according to the route: · Option A: Snow rafting first experience (additional fees apply and advance reservation is required for the 11:30 session) Take a rubber boat down the gentle Toyohira River, and admire the snow pines, ice waterfalls and Futami Bridge on both sides under the guidance of professional guides. If you are lucky, you may encounter wild animals. · Option B: One-day hot spring relaxing trip (hot spring fee at your own expense) Choose a hot spring hotel you like, enjoy the ultimate romance of "snow-viewing hot spring", soak away the cold, and then enjoy an authentic hot spring cuisine. · Option C: Snow hiking in Futami Park Choose a route that suits you from the trails of varying difficulty in the park, stroll through the quiet forest snowfield, and listen to the sounds of nature. 2. Lake Shikotsu Ice Falls Festival Spectacle (approximately 3 hours) · Arrive at Lake Shikotsu, the northernmost unfrozen lake in Japan, at approximately 15:10. · First, walk along the lakeside promenade to admire the clear lake water and the reflection of the continuous snow-capped mountains during the day. We provide snow tubes for free for you to play in the snow on the lakeside. · Then you can freely arrange time to enjoy afternoon tea at a cafe by the lake for a rest. · In the evening, enter the famous Lake Shikotsu Ice Falls Festival (admission fee at your own expense, approximately 1,000 yen) and feel the dreamlike blue ice and snow world composed of ice sculptures and waterfalls under the illumination of lights. 3. Return to Sapporo · Gather and return at approximately 18:00, and return to Sapporo Station at 19:30 as scheduled, bringing the trip to a successful conclusion.

Please be sure to wear a windproof and waterproof thick coat, thermal underwear, non-slip snow boots, and equip yourself with a hat, gloves, and scarf. When participating in rafting or playing in the snow, clothes are easily wet, so it is recommended to have an extra pair of socks or clothes in the car. · Fee Information: The cost of this trip includes car fare, Chinese service, and the use of snow tubes. It does not include the Jozankei rafting experience fee, hot spring bathing fee, meals, Lake Shikotsu Ice Waterfall Festival tickets, and other personal expenses. · Rafting Project: If you choose to experience Jozankei snow rafting, be sure to book the 11:30 session in advance, and please evaluate your physical condition yourself and strictly abide by the guide's safety instructions. · Time Management: Please strictly observe the meeting time so as not to affect the itinerary of other group members.
