Ticket: How to redeem - Card pickup/entry to the ski resort time: Weekdays (Monday to Friday) 10:00-19:00 (subject to the actual business hours of the day) - How to enter the snow field: Purchase tickets with real-name registration, and present the passport/ID used for the order at the Wuhan City Construction Resnow Wonders window to exchange for a snow card. After exchanging for the snow card, swipe the snow card and relevant documents at the gate to enter the park.

There is no relevant preferential treatment or free ticket policy. Children under 3 years old are not allowed to enter the ski resort. Minors under 18 years old (not included) must be accompanied by at least one adult who has purchased a ticket to enter the ski resort. Tickets are for personal use only and cannot be transferred. Children do not have free tickets, so please purchase tickets as usual. Usage time: 2026-12-30 to 2026-12-31, Weekdays
Children under 3 years old and pregnant women are not permitted in the park. Children aged 12 and under (inclusive) or under 1.4 meters (inclusive) must be accompanied by a paying adult to enter the park. Minors aged 13 to 17 are recommended to purchase tickets and participate in skiing activities accompanied by an adult with safety supervision abilities. Entry is not recommended for guests aged 60 and above (inclusive). (If entry is required, a "Safety Commitment" must be signed at the ticket office.) In accordance with relevant laws and regulations such as the "Fire Protection Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Law of the People's Republic of China on Penalties for Administration of Public Security," and for the safety of our visitors, the following items are prohibited in this venue: 1. Flammable, explosive, poisonous, infectious, corrosive, combustion-supporting, and radioactive/destructive items are prohibited in the venue (firecrackers/lighters/gasoline cans/alcoholic beverages/toxic canisters/chemicals, etc.). 2. Weapons, imitation firearms, controlled knives, pressure toys, and other dangerous items are prohibited in the venue. 3. Please do not bring any transportation, mobility aids, or play equipment with wheels or rollers into the venue (such as roller skates, shoes with wheels, skateboards, scooters, balance bikes, etc.), with the exception of strollers and wheelchairs. 4. The use of aerial drones and photography equipment, photographic lighting equipment, tripods and related tools, and folding chairs and stools that may impede the safety and daily operation of the ski resort are prohibited within the venue. 5. Pets are prohibited in the venue, with the exception of guide dogs (guide dogs must be leashed and under the owner's control at all times). 6. The following items are prohibited inside the venue: gongs and drums, megaphones, remote-controlled flying toys, etc. 7. Items prohibited by relevant laws and other hazardous or destructive items are not allowed in the venue. 8. Any other items that may cause harm or disruption. 9. Overtime fees are subject to the ski resort's on-site company standards.
