Overview

Xplor Park is located near Playa del Carmen in Mexico's Riviera Maya. This official product ticket grants six hours of admission to the park and includes all necessary safety equipment such as helmets and life jackets. Visitors can use fourteen zip lines ranging from eight to forty-five meters in height, flying over jungle areas and landing in clear cenote waters. The park features amphibious vehicles that guests can drive through jungle trails, over bridges, and inside flooded caves with rock formations. There are two rafting circuits on underground rivers where visitors paddle rafts with their hands and swim through water passages surrounded by stalactites and stalagmites. The Toboganxote is a five-in-one giant slide that ends in a wave pool. Admission also includes walking through 740 meters of cave passages. An all-you-can-eat buffet lunch is available throughout the visit, along with unlimited non-alcoholic drinks such as coffee, hot chocolate, and fruit-flavored water. Facilities include lockers for two people, rest areas, changing rooms, and toilets. Photography spots are available throughout the park. Trained staff supervise all activities to ensure safety. The park operates in all weather conditions. Visitors should bring insect repellent free of specific chemicals, wear comfortable clothing and water shoes, and bring a change of clothes. Transportation to the park is possible by local "Colectivo" or taxi, but hotel pickup and drop-off are not included. Spend about 6 hours at Xplor Park using the provided safety equipment including lifejackets and helmets. Fly on ziplines from heights between 26 and 148 feet (8 to 45 meters), landing in cenote waters and crossing suspension bridges. Drive amphibious vehicles through jungle paths and caves with notable rock formations. Paddle rafts through underwater caves and explore grottos.
