Overview

Nanfang'ao boasts abundant fish species and is one of Taiwan's three major fishing ports. However, are the seafood dishes served in the seafood restaurants all locally produced? That's not necessarily the case! Therefore, to ensure that everyone can enjoy locally produced fish, understand the ecology and value of fish, and start from the perspective of 'eating' that is closest to life, we aim to establish a connection between humans and the ocean through 'eating fish,' ultimately achieving the goal of sustainable fish consumption.

Highlights

Promoting the Slow Fish movement promotes "eating fish slowly." Understand the origin and source of fish, and give priority to local and seasonal seafood. We hope that consumers will not only taste seafood but also respect and care for marine ecology.
