Pick-up and drop-off locations are limited to hotels or hostels within the 23 wards of Tokyo. If the area is exceeded, a deadhead fee will be charged (JPY 5,000～20,000). Haneda Airport/Disneyland area is not within the Tokyo city area, and a one-way fee will be charged for pick-up and drop-off (JPY 5,000～10,000). Chartered Time and Overtime Fee Standard service time: 10 hours ※ If you get on/off at a different location (such as getting on or off at Karuizawa), the service time is 8 hours; for other areas, reserve deadhead time according to the actual arrangement. Service time range: 07:00-22:00 Overtime Fee Standard: Vehicles with 10 seats or less: JPY 5,000 per hour exceeding (counted as 1 hour if it exceeds 15 minutes) Vehicles with 14 seats or more: JPY 10,000 per hour exceeding (counted as 1 hour if it exceeds 15 minutes) ※ Overtime caused by traffic jams, waiting for passengers, or other unforeseen circumstances will be included in the overtime fee.
