Tourists weighing more than 160KG are not allowed to ride the bamboo raft. 2. Children 1 meter (inclusive) or taller must ride with an adult. Each raft is limited to 2 people. If you need to travel to areas outside of these, additional fees will be incurred, and the specific amount will be communicated and confirmed by our customer service after your order is confirmed. Schedule: The standard departure is around 9 AM. The trip generally ends around 5 PM, and we will take you back to your hotel. However, your needs are paramount, and the time can be flexibly adjusted. After booking, you can negotiate the best departure time with customer service. During peak holiday seasons, we recommend departing earlier to avoid crowds and enjoy a more comfortable journey. Service Duration Reminder: Please note that our overall service duration is controlled at approximately 8 hours. If you exceed this time, an overtime fee will be charged. We will communicate and confirm the specific details with you in advance. Kind Reminder: 1.
