Overview

China's first mining leisure and nostalgic town with the theme of mountain industrial civilization, once the largest mercury mining area in New China (the former Wanshan Mercury Mine), enjoys the reputation of "China's Mercury Capital". The scenic area covers a total area of 105 square kilometers, is a national AAAA-level scenic spot, a national key cultural relics protection unit, and integrates a thousand years of cinnabar mining history, industrial heritage, natural landscapes, and nostalgic culture.

Adult ticket: people above 1.2 meters Senior ticket: Seniors aged 60 (inclusive) to 70 (exclusive) Children under 1.2 meters (excluding) in height and seniors aged 70 and above (including) are exempt from admission fees with valid identification.
The average annual temperature inside the mine is 16℃, so it is recommended to bring a jacket. Wear non-slip shoes, the cave is slippery inside. Pets are not allowed in the park. Tourists suffering from heart disease, high blood pressure, asthma, and other conditions are not permitted to enter the mine for sightseeing. Minors must be accompanied by an adult with guardianship capabilities throughout. For projects such as cliff walkways and glass walkways within the scenic area, please strictly adhere to the scenic area's safety regulations.
