Overview

This full-day hiking tour from Las Vegas visits Zion National Park with a small group limited to a maximum of 13 people. The day begins with pickup from selected Las Vegas hotels in an air-conditioned vehicle. The drive includes passage through the Zion - Mount Carmel Tunnel, a mile-long tunnel carved through sandstone cliffs that offers early views of the park's rock formations. Upon arrival, the group stops at the Zion Canyon Visitor Center for about 40 minutes to get oriented, view exhibits, and use facilities. The tour then continues with a 90-minute hike on the Canyon Overlook Trail, a short but moderately challenging route leading to elevated viewpoints over Zion Canyon. After this, there is a 40-minute Riverside Walk along the Virgin River, a mostly flat and easy trail lined with greenery and canyon walls near the entrance to The Narrows. The hiking sections are moderate in difficulty and suitable for most participants. Lunch, snacks, and bottled water are included. A professional driver-guide leads the group throughout the approximately 11 to 12-hour day. The tour returns to Las Vegas in the evening. The official Zion National Park entrance fee is required but not included in the tour price. The itinerary and stops may change due to weather, park regulations, or group pace.
