Discover Züripilz, an urban mushroom farm inside a former water reservoir in Zurich. Explore our Demeter-certified production and learn how mushrooms grow, from substrate and mycelium to harvest. Choose your experience: 2-hour guided tour: Go behind the scenes, discover the growing rooms and learn how temperature, humidity and fresh air shape mushroom growth. 5-hour tour and workshop: Includes the guided tour, a shared lunch and a practical session.
