These Supplier Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Booking Wolf platform as a supplier. By creating a supplier account and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Booking Wolf operates as an intermediary platform connecting accommodation suppliers with customers seeking bookings. We facilitate the booking process while maintaining high standards of service and protection for all parties.
2. Commission Structure and Payments
Commission Rates
Standard commission: 25% of the original advertised price of the listing, not of the discounted amount the customer pays
Booking Wolf funds the customer's discount and all card processing fees out of that commission, so your payout is not reduced by either
First booking through Booking Wolf: 0% commission. You receive the amount the customer paid, less card processing only
Commission rates may vary based on marketplace integration and partnership level
Payment Terms
Supplier payouts are calculated as: Advertised Price - Commission
The customer pays Booking Wolf by card. The card is authorised when the booking is made and charged only once the booking is confirmed; if it is not confirmed, the customer is not charged and no fee arises
Payouts are made by bank transfer through Stripe, on the settlement cycle of the marketplace the listing is sourced from. For Viator-sourced listings that is within 21 business days of the end of the month in which the experience takes place
Payout timing is subject to Stripe's own verification and bank settlement times, which are typically longer for a newly created account
Trusted partner hoteliers may collect funds directly from customers
All payments are subject to successful completion of the booking
Refunds and Cancellations
In case of booking cancellations or customer refunds:
Customer refunds will be processed according to the cancellation policy
Supplier payouts may be adjusted or reversed in case of refunds
Commission fees are retained for legitimate bookings processed through the platform
3. Platform Usage Guidelines
Response Requirements
Suppliers must respond to booking requests within 24 hours
Response options include: Accept, Decline, or Propose Changes
Failure to respond may result in automatic decline and partnership review
How Bookings Are Confirmed
You choose, and can change it at any time under Settings → Booking Mode in your supplier dashboard:
Approve each booking. We email you each request and nothing is committed until you accept it.
Confirm automatically. Bookings are confirmed as soon as the customer pays. Booking Wolf holds no availability calendar on your behalf, so no date is checked against your diary. Bookings outside the limits you set — largest group, minimum notice, days you run, and dates you are unavailable — are sent to you to approve instead of confirming. Where you set no group limit, the maximum party size published on your own listing applies.
