Haven't told us you cancelled the old booking 2 hours before its free cancellation ends? We cancel ours: anything we charged comes back in full, and if you picked pay later, you're never charged. If that can't happen by itself, our team sorts it out by hand.

Nothing is booked unless you tap yes, or it fits the Auto-rebook limits you set.
