This 1.5-hour scenic nature float takes place on a river in Canmore, located in the Canadian Rocky Mountains. The trip offers views of large mountain ranges, cool glacial waters, surrounding forests, valleys, and local wildlife from the river. The float is suitable for all ages and is especially designed for first-time rafters. The tour departs five times daily at 10:00 AM, 12:00 PM, 2:00 PM, 4:00 PM, and 6:00 PM from the Canmore Boat Launch, which is a short walk from downtown Canmore shops and restaurants. The tour is operated by Canmore’s only locally owned and family-run float company. Included in the tour are rafting gear such as the raft, personal flotation device, and dry bags, as well as landing and facility fees. The vehicle used for transport has air conditioning. Gratuities and rain gear are not included.

Downtown Canmore Float
This 1.5-hour round-trip float begins in downtown Canmore, close to local pubs, restaurants, shops, galleries, hotels, and bed and breakfasts. The route features views of large mountains, glacial waters, and shorelines lined with spruce and pine trees. Participants may have chances to see some wildlife. The float is fully guided by an interpretive guide.
