Peru offers a range of distinctive destinations, including Lima, the country's capital, and Arequipa, known as the White City for its unique colonial architecture. The itinerary covers the deepest canyon in the world, the Colca Canyon, where the Andean condor can be seen soaring. It also includes Lake Titicaca, the largest navigable lake, and Puno, a city located at high altitude. The tour extends to Cusco, a city high in the Andes, and Machu Picchu, the famous Inca archaeological site. This cultural tour lasts about 10 days and includes all admission tickets for scheduled tours. Transfers from the airport to hotels are private, while transfers to the train station and tours are shared and conducted with guides fluent in both English and Spanish. Accommodation is provided for nine nights in selected hotels, with daily breakfast and lunch included. Depending on availability, the train journey to Machu Picchu will be on either the Expedition or Vistadome service.
