This two-hour workshop at ChocoMuseo in Lima guides participants through the entire chocolate-making process, from cocoa bean to finished bar. The hands-on class covers every step involved, including the history of cocoa and why Peru produces fine chocolates. Participants will taste chocolate drinks and use provided materials to make their own chocolates. At the end, each person takes home about 130 grams of handmade chocolate. The workshop takes place entirely at ChocoMuseo in the Miraflores district of Lima. Note that chocolates will be ready to take away around 45 minutes after the session ends. Transportation to the museum is not included.
