It is recommended to make your body more familiar with the low-oxygen and low-pressure environment of the mountain, as well as the pace rhythm of the uphill. Before signing up, please make sure that you are in good health condition and suitable for hiking. Please do not sign up for those with heart disease, acrophobia, high blood pressure, pregnancy, or are too young to complete the itinerary alone. Please note that there are potential dangers of mountain climbing and outdoor hiking activities, which may cause injury or death in case of any accident. During the activity, if any teammate has a situation that might endanger life, the whole team will go forth and back together without any objection. Because the mountaineering team is legally a dangerous community, the whole team should go forth and back together to avoid any legal consequences.
