360 Chicago Observation Deck is located on the 94th floor of the former John Hancock Building at 875 North Michigan Avenue in downtown Chicago. Visitors reach the deck by a high-speed elevator traveling at 20.5 miles per hour. The deck offers views of Chicago’s skyscrapers and Lake Michigan that can be enjoyed any time of day, including morning, afternoon, sunset, or night. The admission includes access to the Cloud Walk, a glass balcony extending outside the building, and entry to the renovated concourse featuring exhibits called The City Beautiful and City of Neighborhoods. A free Magnicity App is provided to help visitors navigate a 3D map of Chicago. Visitors typically spend between one and four hours at the observation deck depending on interest and time available. Food and drinks are not included with admission but can be purchased at the Cloud Bar on site. Tickets can be upgraded to include one drink from the Sip Menu, which offers a rotating selection of beer, wine, and cocktails.
