Overview

This full-day speedboat tour lasts between eight and twelve hours and covers five islands near Cartagena, including stops in the Rosario Islands. Guests begin at Pegasus dock in Cartagena’s historic center, departing at 8:30 a.m. The first stop offers a panoramic view of the Bocachica forts, important colonial-era military sites on Tierra Bomba Island. Next, the boat arrives at a natural pool near Isla Grande for a 45-minute snorkeling session with provided equipment, allowing visitors to swim among coral reefs and fish. After snorkeling, the tour visits a private island nearby for an hour of relaxation on loungers, accompanied by a shrimp cocktail or lemonade. Following this, the group goes to Playa Blanca, a public beach known for its white sand and clear waters, where guests have about 110 minutes to use sun loungers, Balinese beds, and social facilities. A lunch voucher worth 30,000 COP is included, redeemable at the Mambo Beach Club on Barú Island. There is an optional nighttime visit to see bioluminescent plankton near Barú, where native islanders guide the boat after dark. Before returning to Cartagena, the tour makes a final sunset stop at Isla Tierra Bomba. Bottled water, snorkeling gear, lunch voucher, bilingual guide, and travel insurance are included. Alcoholic drinks, towel service, and dock tax are not included.
